Due to the nature of the material, scratches and stains may occur.
The parts used in the product are manufactured only by ‘fastening’ method without any bonding so that assembly
and disassembly are possible. Plates and parts used may be shaken because they are manufactured with minute gaps.
This is a feature of the manufacturing method that has nothing to do with the function of the product.
Product specifications may have some errors depending on the installation and measurement method.

SHIPPING
• All international orders are shipped as DDP(Delivery Duty Paid) shipment,
• which means all customs duties or taxes are paid.
• All shipments are shipped via DHL or EMS, but there could be unexpected delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses fulfilled or disasters.
RETURN POLICY
• Customers should request the return via email(contact@niceworkshop.net) in 7 days from the receiving date.
• Exchange is not available for international orders.
• The product that customers request for the return must be shipped back to NICEWORKSHOP in 14 days otherwise it could be cancelled.
• Ordered items must comply with NICEWORKSHOP returns & refunds policy.
• Any ordered items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received, tags and including all the packaging provided with it to get a refund.
• NICEWORKSHOP is not responsible to lost or damaged products during shipment caused by insufficient packing, and 'NICEWORKSHOP ' cannot proceed the refund in this case.
• If you receive an item damaged condition or if it does not quite match the description on site, please contact Customer Service team(contact@niceworkshop.net) as soon as possible.
RETURN
• Once your request for a return has been accepted by our CS team, NICEWORKSHOP will issue the return label and invoice to customers via email.
• After we issue the return label, customer will receive a confirmation email with all the details you need to complete the return.
REFUND
• Refunds can take 2-3 business days, and please make sure that the refund will proceed subtracting the round shipping fee(varies by size and country), customs fees(calculated by local customs office) and PayPal transaction fee(4.4% of total amount of order+0.30 USD).
• In case customers get a partial return, the refund will process subtracting one-way shipping fee(30USD), customs fees(calculated by local customs office) and PayPal transaction fee(4.4% of total amount of order+0.30 USD).
