Due to the nature of the material, scratches and stains may occur.
The parts used in the product are manufactured only by ‘fastening’ method without any bonding so that assembly and disassembly are possible. Plates and parts used may be shaken because they are manufactured with minute gaps. This is a feature of the manufacturing method that has nothing to do with the function of the product.
Product specifications may have some errors depending on the installation and measurement method.

RETURN POLICY

• Exchange is not available for international orders.
• The product that customers request for the return must be shipped back to NICEWORKSHOP in 14 days otherwise it could be cancelled.
• Ordered items must comply with NICEWORKSHOP returns & refunds policy.
• Any ordered items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received, tags and including all the packaging provided with it to get a refund.
• NICEWORKSHOP is not responsible to lost or damaged products during shipment caused by insufficient packing, and 'niceworkshop.' cannot proceed the refund in this case.
